All of us including myself have experienced times of lost & or lack of Motivation!!
I would like to share with you some Tips for Getting Motivated when it becomes a Struggle!!
1-Count your Blessings-
There’s so much to be thankful for – the people in your life, your health, having food on the table – even the simplest things! What are you thankful for? Make a list on your phone, so you can look at any time. I guarantee you won’t be feeling down for long!
2-Set the Bar Low-
Sometimes our Expectations become too high. We become discouraged because they become impossible to achieve. So, instead set small & specific goals to complete. You can always raise the bar back up once you become motivated.
3-Get a Pump me up Playlist
Sometimes when I need an instant pick-me-up I go to my playlist. Can you think of a few songs that when you listen to them, it puts you in a good mood? Make a special playlist of songs and save it for the times when you need an extra push.
Most importantly, surround yourself with people that lift you up and inspire you to do more. Create an environment for success! Be aware when the lack of motivation comes on and adopt habits like these to get yourself out of a slump right away. And remember… You can do ANYTHING!!
